Our Story

Power Electronics is a passion for us.

This passion is the fundamental of OSSEN.

On this fundamental, 20-year industrial, academic and international power electronics experience became a tangible entity to serve as a value-generating means for all the parties in cooperation.

We believe that OSSEN lives on flourishing as long as OSSEN serves so.

The project carried out between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, under the TÜBİTAK Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Directorate (TEYDEB) 1507 SME R&D Startup Support Program has been successfully completed.

Within the scope of the project titled “Development and Integrated Implementation of a Common Power Converter Platform for MW-Level Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Battery Energy Storage, and Solar Energy Conversion Applications”:

🔹 An integrated system design at 3 MW+ level was completed, and a common power electronics platform was developed.

🔹 SiC MOSFET-based power electronics modules for 1 MW+ systems were prototyped and successfully tested.

🔹 A Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) based embedded software development infrastructure was established.

🚀 As the project has now reached the commercialization stage, the next step is to develop and validate a power converter system prototype for electrical grid applications.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the OSSEN project team, TEYDEB officials, the esteemed reviewers and monitoring committee members, and all stakeholders who contributed to this achievement.
